1. What Felt Poker is
Felt Poker is a discovery and coordination platform for private home poker games in Texas. We help players find each other and help hosts manage seat requests. Felt Poker does not operate, organize, host, or run poker games. We do not take a cut of any pot, buy-in, prize, or other game proceeds. All money exchanged at a game stays between the players, in person, off the platform.
2. Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old to use Felt Poker. By creating an account or continuing past the age confirmation modal, you confirm you meet this requirement. We may suspend or terminate accounts of users we believe are underage.
3. Hosts' responsibilities
Hosts represent that any game they list will be conducted lawfully under Texas law, in a private place, with no person profiting from the game other than as a player. Hosts may not charge rake, entry fees, time charges, seat fees, or any other compensation to themselves for the game itself. Hosts are solely responsible for the conduct of their games, including compliance with Texas Penal Code § 47.02(b) and any other applicable law.
4. Players' responsibilities
Players are responsible for their own conduct at games, including compliance with all applicable laws. Felt Poker is not a party to any game, transaction, or interaction between users.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Charging or collecting rake, time fees, or any payment that is not solely a player's stake
- Operating in any state other than Texas
- Underage participation or solicitation
- Solicitation of off-platform payment, gambling, or contests
- Harassment, threats, or impersonation
- Cheating, collusion, or unauthorized devices
6. Account, payments, and refunds
Subscription pricing, billing, and cancellation are governed by the billing terms on the pricing page in effect at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are software access — they are unrelated to any game.
7. Disclaimers
Felt Poker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant the safety, legality, or success of any game listed on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Felt Poker disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of users' interactions on or off the platform.
8. Reports, moderation, and termination
We may, at our sole discretion, remove listings, suspend accounts, or terminate access for any reason consistent with these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
